CRC VALVE COVER GSAKETS

Recommended Posts

Has any reader on the site heard any info on the new design CRC (Core Reinforced Composite) valve cover gaskets? I am being told that they are more durable than the cork or the plain rubber ones.It is being explained that since I will be constantly having the valve covers off to set the solid lifters.....these may be more durable? I sea that they are a bit more but...but are they worth it??

much better gaskets then before . could be used at least 5 times for adjustments . the key is the metal shim that keeps them from flexing.
